Mid-year Goals and Resolutions

We're almost halfway through 2009! OK, we're about 1/3 of the way through but in a number of weeks we'll be halfway through 09!

 

Any mid-year resolutions or goals?

 

I have a bunch that involve relaxing a bit, spending more time with friends, paying off debt, completing meaningful projects, making physique gains and competing a few more times.

 

Anyone have rejuvenated goals for the rest of 09?

I want to do really well in my uni courses and get some more HD's.

 

I have some goals in weightlifting for the year. I'd like to have a 460 kg total and hope to do it like this -

 

Bench 120 kg

Squat 160 kg

Deadlift 180 kg

Increase upperbody pulling/pushing strength. I don't have any specific numbers.

Reduce bodyfat.

Do more cardio.
