lelle Posted September 1, 2006 Author Share Posted September 1, 2006 since july the 27th I managed to improve the main exercises: situps 30 to 50bench press 32kg to 42kgsquats 27kg to 27kg lol military press 15,5kg to 27kgdeadlifts 27kg to 42kg except for the squats I'm quite satisfied with the improvements.
