Rockhard Rocks (& Triceps)

Aw, the desert. So beautiful and full of rocks. In fact, here's Daywalker lifting one:

Rock-hard muscles are like camouflage in this environment.

Then, to show the rocks up, here are Daywalker's HUGE harder-than-rock triceps:

Okay, and because I'm told I have to, here's my much softer looking arms:

For those who do any stone lifting, random rocks can be much harder than Atlas stones. This one in particular was really gritty, so hard to grip and it had no good handholds. So props to Daywalker for lifting it!

Great pics!

I was training really hard for Daywalker's arrival to do some battle with lifting. I got sick recently and it has really slowed me down. Hopefully I'll be back to my old self in a few days! I had to take a week off from the gym so I don't think I'll be able to compete with his triceps

You both look great! I'll be the wimpy one in the bunch!

See ya'll soon. We'll find heavy things to lift around here too

I'm not looking for excuses, I already found them

Don't worry, Daywalker can't compete with my forearms, so that will be the one area I'll beat him in

I'm sure he'll out-lift and out-flex me in everything else....but that has been expected from the beginning I was training really hard to get ready, just had to take a week-long break when I caught an illness.

But I'll be well soon, don't you worry. I pick up Daywalker from the airport tomorrow night. Maybe we'll see a flex-off there

Thanks for putting the pics online (and for your exaggerated comments\compliments).

Sensless, i found this rock much harder than the 100kg Atlas stone i lifted in Edinburgh, it was hard to grip and rolling out of my hands all the time. I guess it was around 200+ lbs.

I guess it makes sense that it all depends on the stone. Regardless, stone lifting is quite fun, don't you agree?
