All righty - here are our pics for V.V....

Robert thanks Chef Al and Donna for having us into their home for the cooking demo (it was getting a little misty in the hiz-ouse at this point):

finbarrio brown-bagging a vegan organic brewski outside People's Coop while loveliberate looks on. This was nearing the end of LL's excellent adventure tour of Portland's vegan hotspots.

Robert cheers as Potter stuffs one last stack of food into his mouth. This one was 3 vega bars stuck together with peanut butter and vega powder.

Thanks for posting these...its always nice to see the same vacation through other people eyes

Lelle...as for the food no I wasn't always eating...sometimes I had to waste time opening food to eat it and other times I had to get food prepared in order for me to eat it...plus there are the moments where I had to get rid of food in order to make space for more. One day when I'm rich I will have someone do all that stuff for me...by the way that was a 1200+ calorie breakfast that I downed in just a few minutes

They don't look too big to me, they look great! And if they are too big, it is just due to the intense vegan muscle displayed by the individuals being photographed

Great to have ya'll there!

Mutakah says "meow" and rolls around for you.

how many years of hard training did it take to be able to eat such huge masses of food? if you have any tips, share them

I would always eat big meals and as soon as I didn't feel stuffed I would eat more until I felt stuffed...this began when I was 7-8 but the real massive calorie intake started when I was 14.

part of it was out of neccessity too...I never let my body rest(maybe 2 days a month at most) so I think I needed the food to make up for not resting in order for my muscles to repair themselves

I don't reccommend training the way I did...very few people can handle no days off and nobody should...I'm just overly addicted to training. I would have probably been much bigger if I didn't train that way(although I didn't want to get big, just strong)...it worked for me but mostly everyone needs much more rest than that
