I'm actually training to do that stuff right now....I've just started doing core work for the first time ever and I never really knew how weak I really was, I've spent all these years trainig my limbs and I neglected the real source of my strength....oh well I gotta start somewhere! The site is in French, so anyone who can speak French can you translate any interesting facts into English...would love to know he's a vegan or a Raw Vegan Also he is into Parkour which seems a natural extension of gymnastics.
