veganmadre
I made the spicy ethiopian lentil stew from the PPK today to serve with my homemade Injera. The lentil stew was yummy but was, in my opinion, not exactly "authentic tasting". I like the recipe I have for Misir Wat a tad bit better. Still, Isa cooks up a yummy meal. I'll post the recipes to my blog this evening and will probably post the recipe in the recipe section as well. Even major sickness can't keep me from the kitchen! http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c240/veganmadre/ethiopian1.jpg http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c240/veganmadre/ethiopian3.jpg
robert
I don't know if it has already been mentioned.....but I see a book project in the works with you and you food madre! Also, I was serious about that little vegan store you were talking about weeks ago. I think you could pull that off, especially in a place like Portland but I'm sure it would work in a number of cities.

Odidnetne
You two were telling me a lot about it when I was out there, but there wasn't enough time to try anything, maybe next time, it looks good.

As you've seen, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and love it. I'll cook whatever you want - come and visit again soon!

cubby2112
Yes, that looks very yummy. One great thing about being vegan is I can't eat most of the things people prepare in my family. If I was in your family, I would definitely pack on some pounds.
