Hey just throwing a coupla new pix in.Here's about a month after working out again (water jugs and sit ups and push ups only haha)

 

I always like a real critique so lemme have yourz please.

 

I'm thinkin it's decent progress.I dunno.

 

Things I'm gonna hit hard:Traps,arms, and back.

Thanks for posting the pics!

 

To be honest, I think the posing could be a lot better, especially in order to give good feedback. The back pose seems pretty hunched over so it's hard to see what your real back muscles look like.

 

Your lats look great from the front! But I think the trick is learning to spread them from the back and then they'll look really good there too.

 

The abs pose is pretty standard and looks good. You've got a little fat around you navel (I have the same) but the upper portion of the abs look pretty lean.

 

I may have missed it, but what are your goals? That will help us direct suggestions to you. Do you want to get bigger, leaner, become a better poser, get shredded, etc.?

Hey thx for the critique boyz!!

 

My goals aren't to high really.Pretty much justa pretty muscualar and toned body really.It's really NOT to compete or anything.

 

And I'll be 100% honest-I also work out alot to prove that hey-you can be big and vegan too.That way all you have to do is do it and example you live will do tons (in my experienace and opinion).

Nothing beats changing a life for the better.

 

YES I DO need to pose better too...big time.Sux when your pic doesn't do justice.meh.Thx for the critiques again boys.

I agree, it is good to use the same poses for before and after. I would suggest taking a bunch more "before" photos. It is always helpful to have photos from a variety of angles, and just good to have them for later on when you are much bigger. They are fun to look back on

 

I'd say give it even longer than 3 months. Sometimes it takes 6 months or more to see noticable progress.

 

Take lots of before photos and even some every 4-8 weeks as progress pics.

Hey Dorian,

You look really, really good! The front poses are really impressive - great symmetry.

You're already looking very aesthetically pleasing - it's just a case of adding size: keep eating big, and lifting big!

I reckon you can really go to town with your back training - you've clearly got the core strength, so let's see some deadlifts and seated rows to get more muscularity in the back.
