  1. Seasiren,

Same thing happened to me this time last year.

I started to take the rice protein (which supposedly is raw), on weekends only and my weight went up but not my strength. I attribute it to the protein because it is processed and not a whole food.

I am now gaining weight AND strength on just whole raw foods

I would suggest eliminate the protein drinks and eat sprouted beans instead. At least that is what has worked for me, or try the hemp protein.

    Keep on lifting!!

  2. Thanks Daywalker I am clear.

I have been lifting consistently for over 10 years so I really do not consider myself a beginner. I do take the summers off, except on rainy days, due to my passion for biking.

My strength along with my weight has really increased on this system.

Thaks again for all your advice, you are the best!

  3. Daywalker, per your training protocol, if you can do 15 reps easily is it prudent to increase the weight even though you will get less than 15 reps?

You mentioned before not to go to failure when performing the full-body routine so I am at a loss as to wether to increase the weight.

Even though I tend to always want to go heavy

    Thanks for your help

    Keep lifting!!

  4. Daywalker,

    Awesome workout.

I am thinking of trying your full bosy workout for a couple of weeks.

I will be pressed for time and will not be able to make it to the gym everyday so I think your strategy would be perfect for me.

What would mimic the Log press in the gym?

Is this like a military press?

    Keep on lifting.

  5. I am 100% raw and single. I do eat a lot of food per day and eat organic as much as possible. I spend about $100 per week on food and sometimes more. I eat really simple, i.e. no gourmet recipes or dehydrated foods.

I think it is so much easier than cooked because there is always fruit. It is portable, cheap and requires no prep time. I think raw in general really requires a lot less prep time and virtually no clean up time.
