Help. What are some good excercizes, foods, stretches or supplements for lower back problems? I had a sciatic nerve injury that took over 8 months to heal. Shortly after I tweaked my back again moving a speaker onto a stand. Any tips/advice besides: be more careful and duh are you a moron would be appreciated.

Hey guys I found a new outdoor soccer league. Below is more info. Contact me at [email protected] if you are interested in playing.

I recommend about 10 players a team dedicate a player as a manager and make sure each team has a goalie. It will be cheaper cost wise per team, since it cost us $2 more run an individual player online (We would have to charge a surcharge).

Cost is $450 per team or $47.00 per player. (Pretty cheap)

4 Quarters for the season (Fall, Spring, Winter and Summer), with about 2 weeks between each season.

Games on Saturday and Sunday Evening. Start Times 7 or 8pm at the Gresham or Barlow Turf field.

List team history and desired skill level. Looks like we will have two divisions, so we will place you based on the teams history.

You would have 7 players on the field (One is the goalie). Recommend about 10 players per team for subs.

10 Game Guarantee (Eight League games with a play-offs)

I saw the new simpsons. I was very pleased it was super funny. I was worried that it would be a let down but it was definately worth the 650 to see it in the theaters.

wow crazy thread. Started out good by ripping on Mike Vik who totally sucks and I hope he actually gets some jail time.

I don't call myself a vegetarian at least! I call myself.... not committed. I eat a vegan diet about 70-75% of the time but I have fish like once a week and dairy 2-3 times a week. Hey moderators quit trying to convert me I am too lazy to be vegan it will never work..

I just watched some footage of these girls that went around Portland with a video camera yelling and following around anyone wearing a fur coat yelling 60 dead animals one fur coat over and over. They must have followed this one lady for over 20 mins. I hope that she wasn't not wearing fake fur because then who is the asshole....
