I almost forgot about Jack and Jasper.

Jack has blue eyes and Jasper has brown. They eat carrots, apples, grass and Alpaca feed.

Most tahnini is made with toasted sesame seeds.

If the jar doesn't saw raw then the seeds won't be raw.

Yeah you bet. I picked this tip up from preparing stuff with thendanisays. I don't do measurements. I just go with the flow and my own taste.

so This is what I use

Sprouted Chick peas

1 or 2 Squeeze lemon

Fresh garlic minced

Raw Tahini

Cumin

Use a blender, magic bullet or a food processor

If you want here's a recipe with measurements. You can substitute the Zucchini in with the Chick Peas.

I lied them on the counter. Water them once or twice.

Also when you're soaking them over night. Leave them out on the counter.

Don't put them in the fridge. Otherwise they won't sprout.

But When they're done sprouting you can then put them in the fridge.

They'll last longer that way.

Very highly suggest to soak a TON of sprouts, they don't last long. Especially in this mouth

Since I've been home. I had my hands full of these little cute balls. They feel more like my closest friends I have here.

When first arrived and tried to sleep upstairs. Both Dogs would be going up and down the stairs every 20 mins. Sophie is a big cluts and she missed a step and tummbled all the way down the stairs.

I actually made my own food tonight I heated up some brown rice Ravi gave me, heated up some tofu, had some other packaged tofu, had some hot sauce from La Bonita and I made it on my own

 

Normally...I suck..I just buy food constantly...in fact I said multiple times this week.."I miss Tasha making food for me." I think I said to to Brian, to Jessi, maybe to Ravi and said it to myself.
