  1. Found the camera!!! It was in the side pocket of my giant green bay packers cooler that I take to work... no idea why it was in there... Woooo! New pictures posted next Monday.
  2. Likewise, I was just joshin with ya... Euphoia's Natural Motion physics is unbelievable, I've been following their physics engine for over a year now... good stuff. Thanks Pink ... fixed it.
  3. BLOODY HELL! I might have to snipe the tires of the wal-mart delivery truck and pull the driver out by his shirt to get a few extra hours of play time. Disclaimer: If perhaps, a wal-mart truck gets sniped and the driver ends up with a few bumps and bruises from being savagely pulled from the truck and landing on the asphalt, I had no part in the incident, nor do I know of someone who did or would do that.
  4. Ditto! Richard if you get it tomorrow I'll be at about 50% completion by then
  5. IGN.com, one of the most popular videa game review sites gives GTA IV a 10! "A "10" is not a score we give out very often. In fact, the last time we gave a 10 to a console game was Soul Calibur in 1999." -IGN Gamerankings.com, a site that pools reviews from different magazines and sites of video games, has GTA IV listed as #2 and #3, 360 and PS3 versions respectively, as the highest rated game of all time. Heres how the top 10 games (with at least 10 reviews or more) stack up to each other: Title-------------------------------------Platform---Reviews---Avg Score 1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time-----N64------31-----97.613% 2. Grand Theft Auto IV-------------------------X360-----60-----97.606% 3. Grand Theft Auto IV-------------------------PS3------45------97.563% 4. Super Mario Galaxy--------------------------WII------68-----97.274% 5. The Orange Box------------------------------PC-------31-----96.306% 6. Metroid Prime---------------------------------GC-------91-----96.264% 7. The Orange Box------------------------------X360-----53-----96.260% 8. Soul Calibur-----------------------------------DC-------27-----96.259% 9. Metal Gear Solid------------------------------GBC-----18-----95.922% 10. Super Mario 64------------------------------N64------21-----95.905% I'm pretty excited for the release and I will be at my local wal-mart (the same wal-mart I camped out at for 50 hours when the PS3 came out ) at midnight tonight to grab a copy....
  6. Thanks tofutod... I appreciate the kind words...! Thanks Lena01 and thatistheplan , but I feel they have a long way to go... I just started at my new gym today... I start squatting tomorrow for the first time in about 3 years, so hopefully I make some even better gains in the leg department. Unfortunately, I have lost my camera. I have been looking all over for it for the past week so I can get some new pics up because its been 8 months now. My Canon SD800IS is missing in action... I might just have to use the 2mp camera on my phone....

  8. What about Craig David? More of an R & B singer but I know he use to MC over some breaks and jungle.
  9. Biggest legs I've come across... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btd-_6T_5sc
  10. What about "The Streets"... I like him.
  11. Outstanding. laughed hard.
  12. DV, curious do you take a multi? If so, which one? Seems to me I should be looking for a Whole Food (non-synthetic) Vegan Multi-Vitamin without Vitamin A or Beta-Carotene. Does one exist?
  13. Looking for some inspiration, went back a page and checked out your pics again. Mission accomplished.
  14. same here... then I was like damn its the ormus dude.
  15. Sorry for the lack of detail this past month... yo-yo city, work, health, travelling, ... I'm all over the place lately. Yeesh... Update on the food intake... over the past month I'd say I've been averaging about 4.5 meals a day. Usually 4, sometimes 5, rarely 3 or 6. I may try extending the time in-between meals, cutting back to 5 meals a day but put an extra 125 calories in each meal... I may need to crunch the numbers to see if my stomach can handle the extra mass of food at each meal... hmmm. I think this way I may get all the calories in without skipping a meal or two. Also I think this may give my digestive system more time to digest between meals. Lately I've been only waiting about 1-2 hours between meals...
  16. 10 workouts over the past month is pretty weak! It's a little more than half. I'm currently feeling pretty good, shoulder is feeling 90% healthy thanks to that Shoulder Savers article and applying some of the techniques from it. My rib from the shovel incident this past winter is still a little pressure sensitive which is really weird, its been months since that happened. All sickness symptoms have faded away, the weather is really nice here in Wisconsin today, we had people "layin out", outside! Hopefully I can get back on track and stay on track this next month. Updated pictures will be taken next week... not looking forward to that since my training, diet and health have been yo-yo-ing this past few months but we'll see how they turn out. May 1st I change gyms and have access to a squat rack. Keep on keepin on.
