  1. That is great

Both that your daughter is so clever, consequent, cute and ethical, AND that you're so proud of her! It's so important for kids to have loving, proud, supporting parents!

But - 9 year old daughter?

That means you must be at least 9 years older than you look in the pics of you i saw in the forum... or they were a decade old

  2. I cheat in veganism as often as i cheat on my other moral principles - not raping women and children, not using murder as a vent for frustration and anger, not stealing from the elderly etc.

    Go figure

P.S.: didn't read the thread, just the very first post.

This doesn't tell us how often that is, just that it's equal to the number of rapes, murders and thefts from the elderly that you've committed

I was fully aware of that

    Go figure

  4. Training hard is the easy part, training smart is where it gets tough.

I agree with all of Potter's post.

Be careful of overtraining. Most people who train successfully for more than a few years don't train high intensity (term used in the way bodybuilders use it, not strength coaches) all the time.

However, everyone should know what it means to train really hard and to and beyond their limits. I think the mental readiness to do that if necessary is vital for a good athlete. Especially beginners should go "crazy" in the gym (after a couple of months learning the correct form of the exercises) imho.

  5. Daywalker talks a big game, but when he was here, he took a photo of Rob with him to the gym for motivation

I know with Rob's new haircut and his impeccable Blue-Steel look they are easy to mix up, but it was actually this picture of a cute blonde that i took with me for motivation:

If you pay attention to the hair tone you'll be able to tell them apart, though.

  6. Nice pictures

    I can remember the eateries

It's not very kind of you to offend Tasha, Potter. She looks nothing like she's related to Rob at all

Rob, you look as skinny as i remember you. Only your forearms seem thinner. And your hair is longer - is that were the weight gain comes from?

I busted out the kids guitar and started singing until DaveNoisy requested I stop..and lotus and loveliberate agreed that it was best if I stopped

Ooh, i would NEVER request you to stop singing!

  7. An account has been set up for all vegan vacations funds (from

fund-raising, deposits, etc). It is through paypal:

    veganvacationfunds at yahoo dot com

    Doesn't seem to work?

I tried to donate some via paypal but it came back to me.

But i ordered stuff from Potter so at least he gave the percentage to you

  8. The thing is its very likely Coleman and Cutler would have also been the best Natural Bodybuilders in the world. The best clean athletes make the best dirty athletes.

Many people believe so, but i disagree. It's an argument often used to trivialize drug abuse.

One of the most important factors for a world class athlete is talent, or genetics.

If you train naturally, you need good genetics for being big and strong, for recovery, utilizing food etc.

But if you juice, you need good genetics for responding to the juice and resisting the side effects as well. Some people take drugs and respond mainly with side effects, others get away with comparatively small side effetcs. Some get huge with little doses, others need more. You need a healthy liver for sure to become a bodybuilding champ

You cannot know how good Jay, Ronnie and the other pros would be as naturals. Better than most probably, but it wouldn't be the same athletes on top if there was no juice.

  9. That's not really a goal, Rob, it's a plan

I did it for a long time, helped develop strength and i gained a bit mass in some areas. Now i add some isolation exercises sparingly, like a few curls and calve exercises, but nearly nothing still (no shoulder isos, no triceps, no quads, hams, adductors, abductors, etc - all in the compound moves). I find doing 3 sets of curls per week is superior to doing none at all, but doing none wasn't as bad as you'd think for the 'ceps
