finbarrio
It's Dec 16th and it'll be 50' F out today and tomorrow here on Cape Cod. Long mt bike ride today, long road ride tomorrow (long for me anyway), and I won't need to wear cold-weather gear either day. Insane. Anyone else having an unusually warm winter? MontanaVegan
Anyone else having an unusually warm winter? I wish, it's been below average so far in Montana. The last week of November we had a couple nights of -10 F (-23 C)I hope this means that winter will be warm for us. kuramus
There isn't even snow in Estonia right now (usually it starts to snow in november), and the degrees area as high as +7 C during days, while normally it should be -10..-20 C... Last of the Sane
Over here the winter is warmer than normal. It's about 10-12C during the day..
offense74
It was below 0 C a few days in november. Other than that it has been warm here (when it's over 10 C you could even see a few people with shorts on in december). We had problems with too much rain though and it has been severe floodings just outside Gothenburg.I haven't considered december to be a winter month in years (it used to be). Odidnetne
I'm 4 1/2 hours South of you. It's mid - high 40's out now, but feels really nice. Well then, I take back everything I've ever said about Global Warming being true.
Guest
Its gonna be 75 tomorrow and I'm contemplating wearing a tank top on my ride just for the hell of it...it'll be a bit cool with the breeze but I don't think I'll care all that much

finbarrio
I was gorgeous today. I was out working in the yard, barefoot. You're gorgeous every day, seasiren! (funny typo) It was low 50's all weekend. I spent about 7 hours on the local mt bike trails on sat + sun. Good thing I have a comfy saddle! This week looks like it'll be a bit colder - in the 40's F, but still not even close to wintry. Kristy got me a sweet cold-riding jacket for my b-day, but I haven't been able to wear it yet. JW
It's a balmy -20 in Winnipeg this morning.Actually, it has been a bit warmer than usual. Last week the temperatures were close to freezing, and the snow was melting on the roads (very sloppy)It's nice when it's not too cold but when the snow gets slushy it's pretty messy.Went toboganning with the kids on the weekend. Always a fun time!
