Rob_T
Well I've perfected my daily breakfast routine and I'm quite proud of it. Cold cereal:Beno the Granola King Hazlenut Hemp !http://thegranolaking.com/products/gourmetgranola.htmA 2KG bag costs $28 at famous foods. It's expensive but addictive as crystal meth and tastes great. And there are even little 'fortune' messages in each bag.So Good soymilk original classic . Must be the classic original, not the original. Added onto the cereal is 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds, and shelled hemp seeds each. Then added is about a 1/4 cup of frozen berries. Must only be the mixture of rasp, blue and black. NO strawberries because they are too big to chew frozen and I'm not too fond of them anyways. Then for drink I use president's choice organic, with pulp, not from concentrate florida orange juice. Unfortunately it's pasteurized but I have not found an un-pasteurized orange juice drink that meets my criteria.
