HI I'm Holly and new here!! I live in Michigan, have been vegan for about a year and a half, used to workout and lift all the time. lately though I've just gotten unmotivated, busy and stressed out...looking to get focused and motivated to get back to what I used to enjoy...also looking for diet/nutrition tips...I either over eat or don't eat enough.

Currently I'm 120 and about 5'9 but I seem to feel and look better at 115...I know probably too skinny...

Anyway, just joined to hopefully get motivated and informed and for encouragement to quit smoking it just doesn't fit in with my lifestyle and never has!!!!

One good nutrition tip: cook your own food as much as possible (instead of buying ready meals), then it's so much easier to see what you're eating. Just try to eat every 3-4 hours (and try to get protein, fat and carbs every time) and you'll be fine.
