nugat Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 Although I've been doing this same push-up routine everyday for the last year (granted the number hasn't been always as high, but still), my not knowing of this thread has made me a real contributing member only since today... Sorry! 4 series, first knuckle push-ups then the standard ones. 25 + 2020 + 2020 + 2518 + 18 2x a day for a sum total of 332 push-ups. Our total = 28,442!
