Does it count that I squatted ysterday with TWO kids (75lbs total) on my back? Does it?

 

With that degree of difficulty, I would add a bonus 50lb to your lift

 

Is this a current max for all lifts, or a lifetime max?

thanks! it wasn't a atg squat so i'm not really satisfied. the 200 shouldn't be a real problem since benching goes kinda easy lately.

 

I think if it breaks parallel it is legal.

Let us know when you get the 200 bench

Good work on the bench, sosso.

 

Deadlift is now 275 x 6 reps

 

Pretty confident about pulling a 140 - 150 kg (308 - 330 lb) deadlift some time soon. Just have to get around to doing it!

 

150kg dl should be easy for you Let us know when you nail it.
