robert Posted May 6, 2007 Share Posted May 6, 2007 I think it is cute, but from a photography standpoint, I would have used a photo that doesn't have a background by your head. The first thing I noticed was it that it looks like a board is slicing you through the head. I think you are cute in the photo but it's best to have a clean background. When I submitted some ideas for my entry I put some out there that had a picture hung on the wall behind my head, and my sister who is married to a professional photographer first noticed the background more than anything. It was a distraction and looked out of place. I takes away from the photo and is distracting. So now I always try to keep it in mind. That is the first thing I noticed about some photos oregonisaac too for the contest. Then he sorted that out, got clean backgrounds and made the top 10 and will hopefully win!
