  1. Boil the water for the tea and wait on it. Focus on allowing the tea (that you're about to drink) to satisfy you. Reach for the tea. Allow it to seep. Inhale it. Know that it will be enough. Slowly sip it. Prepare your mind to whine down for the night. Finish your tea Head straight to bed. Know that you conquered your cravings! Know that food will be waiting for you in the morning.
  2. Two hours of chest and tris with an emphasis on inner chest.
  3. A gym holiday ain't gonna stop my grind! Two hours of biceps and forearms at the house. Focusing on full range of motion by changing upper body positoning and using a pilates ball to simulate preachers.
  4. Two hours of lateral movement, traps and delts with an emphasis on slow and controlled movements.
  5. Two hours of lower back, upper back and rear delts.
  6. Two hours of chest and tris with an emphasis on supination for triceps.
  7. Two hours of biceps and forearms with an emphasis on inner head. @Johnny Nah I think I would take it personally if the trainee didn't stick with it.
  8. Two hours of lateral movement, traps and delts with an emphasis on front lateral median crossover movements.
  9. Two hours of lower back, upper back and rear delts with an emphasis on lats.
  10. Two hours of quads, hams and calves with an emphasis on calves.
  11. Two hours of chest and tris with an emphasis on burnouts.
  12. Nope not doing cardio since that one crazy week of mixed cardio and circuit training had me dropping 9lbs super quick. I'm already under 200lbs and with that I was in the high 180s. Gonna just continue with my 2 hours of slaughter and kick in cardio if I feel like I'm picking up bf%. As for the 2 hours of bis and forearms with only 1m30s between sets and 2m between exercises, the trick is high intensity and high variation of the same movement. You'll see me doing a ton of cable work while in a lunge or squat stance to adjust the entry point of the contraction. Great thing is I'm not bored and I'm focusing on being an utter beast. Probably another reason why I get looks...people have no idea what I'm doing.
  13. Looks like you've got a new workout buddy. Next thing you know he'll be suggesting that new beef protein that is all the rage.
  14. They are still a work in progress. Looking forward to the next year worth of hard work. One year mark on HEAVY lifting coming up here Nov 18th.
