  1. Went for run right on dusk.need to start training sooner.

     

    Did some muay thai when i got back.

     

    Trained chest and shoulders after midnight.

     

    Got 1 more rep on bench press.now its 6reps of 82kg 3sets

     

    felt really spent going into weights though so strength was not at maximum.

     

    still lifted anyway because still want to attempt goal of 700lbs total for the 3 main lifts on the weekend and i need every strength workout i can get in between now and then to make it happen.

     

    need to eat more often.get better sleep and get some sunlight lol

     

    right now im almost nocturnal.

    I've experienced a bug. If I am not signed in and click on "Post reply", it brings me to the log in page. I log in and it transfers me to the forum index instead of the post reply page.

     

    On the log in screen tick the stay logged in option.

     

    Or just log in when you first get here.

     

    Admins will probably fix though.Doesn't sound like too much drama.

  3. Lentils are my favorite also. Something about them that just makes you feel pumped.

     

    I eat regular pasta but we use sea salt when cooking pasta to balance the glycemic index. No sugar highs.

     

    Do you eat the lentils from a can or the dry ones and soak them overnight?

     

    I get them dry in bags.Soak them for at least 4 hours.
