  1. I did not eat much today.

     

    Orange juice and falafel roll with hummus and the parsley mix.

     

    6 vege sausages on 4 slices of bread and a onion.

     

    banana and a glass of soymilk.

     

    1 liter of soymilk after weights(because i have no more protein powder lol)

     

    That's probably all for the day because i'm going to bed soon.

     

    Will eat more when i get some more training under my belt.

  2. Getting into the sport of bodybuilding is just what you need.

     

    When i was 16 i thought the same sort of way and only ate 2 times a day and weighed 60kg(i was close to 90kg at 14).

     

    When football season came around again i was getting hammered at training and in games because i was to thin and weak and life became miserable.

     

    So i started to lift weights a few nights a week and eating more.Reading bodybuilding magazines helped at the time too because i didn't have the internet.

     

    In a year i gained 20-25kgs and had the most fun i ever had playing football because i was doing well with the stronger body.

     

    Don't be afraid to eat fats because you need them to have normal hormones.

     

    Lift and eat like a bodybuilder and life will be of a better quality.

  3. Alright, just did weights.Later than planned(left it till midnight lol), because i was bloated from something i ate after training earlier.Better late than never though!

     

    Legs, biceps and abs:

     

    Barbell squats-82kg 8reps 1set

    --------------90kg 8reps 3sets

    Barbell Lunges-48kg 8reps each leg 3sets

    Calf Raises

     

    Barbell curl-22kg 8reps 1set

    -----------30kg 8reps 1set

    -----------22kg 8reps 1set

    Reverse barbell curl-22kgs 8reps 3sets

     

    Sit ups-20reps 3sets

    Oblique crunches-15reps 3sets

     

    Stretched

     

     

    God i can't wait to be in shape and ready for battle again!

     

    I will train everyday.

    It's nearly been a year since I started on stronglifts (switched program a month ago) so I thought it'd be a good time for an update!

  5. Started training yesterday.

     

    Ran for half an hour to see where cardio was, not too bad.Did some sand dune running aswell.

     

    Lifted weights:Chest and shoulders.

     

    Bench Press-80kgs 5reps 3sets

    Incline Bench Press-60kgs 8reps 3sets

    Dumbbell Flyers-2x18kg 8reps 3 sets

     

    Dumbbell military press-2x18kgs 8reps 3sets

    Kettlebell military press-2x24kg 6reps 2sets

    dumbbell rear deltoid raise2x10kgs 10reps 3sets

     

    Stretched.

     

     

    So far today tested muay thai on punching bag for 3 rounds.Not used to it at all.Shoulders so weary from weights night before.Also left jab is not as good as it used to be.

     

    NEED MORE TRAINING!!

     

    Lifting weights again in a few hours after i eat something.

  6. I'm one of the few that went vegan for health - actually I gravitated towards plant-food, and never got around to meat again.

     

    I respect ethical vegans, but getting them to understand what's unhealthy is like talking with meat-eaters(still addicted to junk)

     

    16 years after "going" vegan, I finally got to a diet healthy enough to make me feel great. Not sure if I'm alowed to say the numeric name, but for a hint, see today's date.

    80/10/10?

  7. The applauding at the end sounds like it came from an audience who had just watched something awe inspiring and life changing, but indeed not. A blanket pose is what I see in this flat, everyone clapped out of pity and also clapped so's to act as if they "got it."

    Hipsters are ahead of the time.

     

    Maybe its just us who don't understand lol

     

    And i don't know how people there weren't laughing.I would have had to leave the room because i would have been choking trying not to laugh.

     

    I'm still not certain of whether the liquid that come out of her pants was hers or not lol

  8. Is it bad to cook them too long? I like to take a lot of them and cook them way longer than specified so they become sort of a soup, and add things like potatoes and vegetables. Yummy.

    I'm afraid what happens to the protein when cooking though.

     

    I have no clue lol

     

    I don't think i cook them right either.
