  1. Lol all hail Misteradam for he has risen from the forum grave! Mouahah... Heh. My thread, my right to be a dork lol. You still don't have an 85?! D8 lol I kid. I got a few but end game has lost its appeal for me since cat & now with the incoming kung fu pandas lol. Hence the RP =)
  2. Ah darn, I can't play tonight! I have homework to do & then an early morning! Tomorrow my chances are better of logging on =)
  3. I jogged around the block today, and then because I'm going to have 2 rest days almost in a row & not too far away from my last rest day, I was going to go around a second time. Right as I started, I spotted a neighbour walking his dog, so ew went around the block together - he strolling, I sorta running in place & keeping up lol. So, it was a longer workout than usual and than anticipated! Felt good though =)
  4. I'm on a server I can never spell lol, Wyrmcrest Accord or something. Feel free to make some new baby horde there. I'm not always on, but when I am, its probably on Zombiegirl or Thanatalia =)
  5. Yea, I would have some sympathy here, but you chose to blame Veganism rather than your ignorance. Check out any book or website that break down the nutritional value of food, buy Robert Cheeks Vegan bodybuilding book, &/or browse the many form posts about where to get your protein!
  6. I love pvp servers, but the biggest RP servers that you can xfer to are PVE : ( Just give the UD a little time to grow their blight on ya haha What server you play on?
  7. Ha, they're alright, I prefer trolls after UD, but as an UD, cows are more tolerable as allies. =) Do you RP? Ok! Today is an off day because 1) I wouldn't have gotten enough sleep, and 2) my legs have been aching.

  9. No frakking way. I promised myself that I would never date a man that wasn't vegan anymore after dating a string of non-vegan ones. The one that sent me over the edge, I had lived with him for 2 years and he thought that if he was blood type O it meant he HAD to eat meat (bullsh*t btw, he never says you have to eat anything in the blood type books), so I told him he'd have to get his own pan with his own lid and to cover it with a mesh lid at the very least so that cadaver (spelling?) grease wasn't all over my kitchen, and he'd have to use his own sponge for cleaning it lol. He'd get meat like twice a week, the house would stink and it broke my heart as well as made me want to puke. I just can't do it anymore. When I met my husband, he wasn't vegan, and I told him it wouldn't work because of that haha. He insisted that we should be together, so I made him watch Earthlings and meet your meat, thinking it would shoo him away - he realised going vegan was the right thing to do =) My $0.02
  10. Lol I've been playing since mid 2005. I used to play every chance I could get, all day for weeks at a time if I could lol, but now I just play a few times a week at most. It's not new enough any more to hold that much interest for me, and I'm so busy with work, studying, and working out that I often pass it up =) You might not be into it as much because you play alliance - mouahah! Everyone dies, but not everyone truly dies! Join the forsaken and be truly free haha X) Plus, you can cannibalize all the humans that kill animals =D yea, Ima dork.
  11. Haha f yea! Its my beautiful undead rogue X) You play?
  12. Ok, I jogged Sunday morning for 20mins around the block, and this morning too. My appetite, or at least, my minds appetite has increased since I started working out lol so its like I'm always eating. On the bright side, I've been including a lot of good fiber and much needed supplements, like: trace minerals for over all well-being, vitamin c for immunity and cleansing, B complex for mood esp blues, Udo's oil for omega 3 6 9 which helps with everything from skin to hair to mood to inflammation, kelp for minerals esp naturally occurring iodine, magnesium for relaxation and calcium absorption, etc.! I feel so much better because of all this and hope to be really healthy enough to hopefully make a beautiful baby in a year from now, or more, when my husband finally feels ready *crossingfingers*
  13. Ok, hoping this helps. The tapatalk app is great for going on the forums with a smartphone, and it keeps track of all the threads I am subscribed to... except my journals... which is why I bought the dam thing! Despite repeated re-subscription to my journal, it still lost track of it. So! New thread time... hope this helps.
  14. It was a great jog! I ran around the block without stopping! I'm still pretty out of breath by the time I stop, but its still a step up! My right ankle is still swollen, but I'm starting to think its permanent - at least the pain has subsided some. Best part is, I think my knees are starting to adjust to it because they haven't been feeling weak throughout the day like they were last week! lol =D
  15. Okies, I did not jog yesterday morning and I'm kinda disappointed as it was a great day and I was feeling good. I had gone to bed too late to be able to get enough sleep :/ Dam you World of Warcraft and the awesome zombie RP/Alliance betrayal opportunities you give me! Today I am off and am totally going jogging - haven't taken my pre-workout energizer yet and I'm alrdy psyched! =D
  16. Oh right! That's so cool! Thank you so much Karen! Mister and I are actually friends irl - even if we haven't met irl yet haha =) I'm happy to say I invited him to this site to do the challenge, and not only did he accept it, he's doing better than I am & even getting his wife involved =D
  17. Yea, and I can touch my toes now, without bending my knees!!! Haha how cool is that! X)
  18. Lol, you're too kind, I'm only just beginning <3
  19. Take your time sweetness! I'm sure we're all very grateful for you and all those that have helped out to do this for us, health, and the animals - but no rush on the prizes love! Get some rest, and know that a few (if not most or all) are in it for the long haul because of this project =)
  20. Haha that's kinda funny & thank you for letting me help you =) One of the main reasons cyanocobolamine is as common as you will most likely find it to be, is because it is cheap to produce, according to price comparisons, and Prescription For Nutritional Healing. Great book btw, worth more than $30 imo. Apparently vitamin D is the new fad supplement. It's all the rage and everyone is doing it in large doses lol. Calcium is so last century lol. Vitamin D is popular now because apparently you need it to absorb calcium! Gasp! Who knew! Oh wait... us health freaks did lol. And guess what - ya need more than D! Think Magnesium, vitamin K, and a plethora of trace minerals if nothing else! Seniors come in my store all the time saying their doctors did a blood test and determined that they were deficient in D, and to take doses as high as 5'000 iu - toxic to anyone that isn't deficient, esp over a long period of time, as it is oil soluble and is therefore stored in the body, unlike vitamin C and B complex. If you do buy a vitamin D, make sure its D2, or ergocalciferol, as the popular D3 is not vegan lol. Anyways lol, I'm done now!
  21. May I ask why you're thinking of taking extra D? Too much can be toxic, although you might not have to worry about that for the doses you're probably thinking of getting but one can usually get enough from 15 mins in the sun a few times a week. And if you don't mind me getting all health-nerdy on ya: at this time, cyanocobalamin isn't a form of B12 anyone wants to waste their money on. Iirc, human bodies don't tend to convert it into a usable form much, and even when it does, it doesn't always make its way into our cells to do its intended tasks. Rather, the preferred form is a vegan Methylcobalamin, like the ones from the company Country Life, Deva, or Freeda (etc.) for instance. The former will tell you if the American Vegetarian Association certifies it as vegan or not, by a tiny symbol on their label lol. And now I'm off to bed lol.
  22. Haha congrats to you too, and no, your abs have won alrdy, but feel free to show them off I think you'll really like the Vega products =) So, I did jog this morning, and the best part is that I was able to go around the block without stopping once! Ha! I'm getting so good at this that I'll soon be able to pick up the pace and run around the block twice! =D Hopefully my knees will be just as good tomorrow morning when I have at it again.
  23. Haha I probably would if I took that route
