OK everyone, I feel like im getting into a slump and getting tired of food and writing it down. In my opinion im eating too much and my vascularity is not where it should be. I think Im going to take a break from blogging it. Thanks for inspiring me to write it down and to give you all an example of what I eat on a daily basis to stay lean all year round. I think I may switch back to my blenderfuls of fruit and protein powders.
Eating too much...really? I have also been getting tired of food, and logging everything. But, until I start seeing some results I'm going to stick to it. I'm still not sure if I'm eating too much or too little.

Hmm, sounds like you are allergic
I've read somewhere that it's usual for people who are allergic to eggs are also allergic to hemp. Do you know if you are allergic to eggs?
I'm not allergic to eggs. Im gonna give it another week, and see how it goes.
-
Sorry I didn't specify - yes its stomach cramps. Before i discovered pea protein i was using nutribiotic rice, and had no problems with that either. That's the only source of hemp in my diet.
-
I've been using plain gemma for over a year now, and have had no problems. Recently, I purchased a custom mix of 45% gemma 35% hemp, and 20% rice. I've experienced cramps almost everyday since using it. That's the only thing I can think of that has changed in my diet.

hey threeloaves... your diet looks good!!! Specially because I remember you talking about being afraid of overeating. Nice to see you've incorporated a healthy, well rounded diet with more calories into your life! Good job
I think I've finally overcome my fear of eating. It's reassuring, seeing as I feel a whole lot better now. I still may be falling a bit short in the calories, and protein area, but I feel like I'm on track. Thanks for the follow up.
I need 2 root canals and lots of cavities fixed
in General Discussion
Posted
I brush my teeth constantly, and floss at least once a day. I'm fairly clueless as to how this happened. My dentist was insisting that I must have a poor diet, and drink too much soda.
Anyway, the real dilemma is that I don't have dental insurance. I was told a root canal and crown for 1 tooth would be around $1,200. I've been dealing with the pain for quite some time, but lately its been really bad. The right side of my mouth hurts so bad that its forced me to chew only on my left.
Has anyone had any experience at a university clinic? Pittsburgh has a dental school that sees patients, and I think it's less expensive than a private dentist. Also, any suggestions for an individual dental plan would be appreciated also. I've looked at a couple online, but nothing seems that great.
