This was one in the last 6 mins of the show, so it was obvious it was going to finish in the first round

The saddest part about him, was how he had been telling everyone he was homeless, had been living in his car etc then went and threw it all away on a girl he doesn't even know !!

He kind of came across as the type of person who likes to live on hardtimes. Likes having something to blame for basically not wanting to commit enough to make his dreams come true.

I've now entered a cutting phase, so hopefully I'll have a body that rivals Vin Diesel by Christmas

I have probably the laziest cat in the world, so he could be a good role model. He even sits in the kitchen and meows, then waits for one of his human aides to go collect him and carry him to the living room

He is really funny, has a great personality and has us all so well trained.

I would thoroughly recommend Skinny Bitch by Kim Barnouin and Rory Freedman. It really tells you about how bad meat and dairy are for you and also offers some meal plans. The downside is the meal plans do feature a lot of "fake meat" but can easily be adjusted.

I also like vegan with a vengence for meals and as already mentioned there is a whole host of information on the internet. Including some great recipes and meal ideas.

I'm sulking over myspace now. I wanted to check out the cute single vegans on the new site set up and can't because I don't have an account !!!

I think I will look into getting a copy of this book. As someone who is trying to lose weight, it might be helpful and sounds like more fun to read than your typical diet book. And the fact that it promotes veganism is even better! I can't wait until payday when I will have some spare cash.

I finally got my copy via amazon uk. They even sell second hand copies of books now so its worth checking it out, you may find you can get it really cheaply

Hot. I used to have my labret pierced as well. I had to take it out so i could get a job.

Thats a shame. Can you not get retainers over there ? My friend has one he puts in his facial piercing for work
