Great! Thanks

It's an awesome video about turning a barren, salted landscape in Jordan into a beautiful place with palms, figs, pomegranates, mulberries, citrus

I am interested too. Anything cool you found?

Can you explain more about what you're eating? What raw foods do you eat to gain mass?

Don't change your name, we will fix this soon
Also, login to the forum first, then click chat, and it should work that way.

stating that its better...why is that?
Simple: everybody has their own opinion. They very widely and they all may be right to some extent. But, you'll go crazy trying to sort out who has "the truth." Do stuff that works for you rather than for somebody else.

There's enough for endurance athletes. For bodybuilders, I guess not. Of course that is only since you are asking about the sweet, juicy flesh of fruits.
Nuts are fruits and seeds are part of fruits. Fruitarians (frugivores), do eat other things. It's just that fruits are predominant.
You said it yourself that nuts and seeds contain lots of protein, and yet they're fruits themselves. So, what exactly is the point of this thread? It's more hypothetical than practical or scientific, since by a scientific definition, fruits can have lots of protein(seeds and nuts).
For example, the protein amount in a watermelon can change if you also include eating the seeds http://www.peertrainer.com/DFcaloriecounterB.aspx?id=3360
1 cup has 31 grams of protein

By sugar, do you mean granulated sugar/fructose syrup, or fruits? How's your fruit intake? I mean, if you have sugar cravings, try increasing your fruits. Well, most should be eating lots anyway.

Great. Looking forward to more

Hey. I checked out your blog about dairy and I think you have made a good decision on at least seeking out the normal stuff. These days it's normal to eat and drink abnormal stuff

Hi

Brussell Sprouts - just plain nasty, I really don't know why anyone would eat these things.
Beetroot - An unholy vegetable spawned from hell - it's too sweet and weird to be good for you...
I agree. I dislike both of these

I've never used a Mac, but a Mac is a PC also..

fill your skin out with muscle.

you guys are weird
Your response is weird
I think consistency is key, to eat a good amount every day, and slowly increasing the amount.

You should focus more on calories right now to gain weight. Eating extra protein won't make you gain weight if you don't eat enough calories.

I thought it was the opposite. I tought when it's cold, we spend more energy to keep body temperature normal, that's why the body shakes. But when it's too hot, the metabolism slows down, to save energy. And the the only weight loss is from sweat, water.Weight loss: Sauna is similar to mild exercise, it burns about 300 calories per average session. Regular sauna treatments combined with a healthy diet and moderate exercise will help you lose weight and stay fit and healthy. The heart rate is raised:
Cardiovascular Workout Finnish researchers have reported that the regular use of Saunas helps maintain the blood vessels in a healthier condition. Vessels become more elastic and pliable longer due to regular dilation and contraction from the process of heating and cooling the body repeatedly. Medical research shows the heart rate can rise from 60-70/min. to 110 to 120/min. in the sauna (140 – 150 with more intensive bathing), and can often sink to below normal after the cooling off stage. The heart rate increases in the Sauna create a demand for more oxygen, which in turn burns calories and provides a mild workout for the heart. Regular sauna use not only “trains” the heart muscles and improves the heart rate/cardiac output, but also positively influences the regulatory system. Repeated and multiple sauna “innings” further increase the cardiovascular workout.
I would like to introduce myself
