Hi everyone!

 

I'm Alicia, from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I've been vegan for 4 years (was vegetarian for about 6 before that). I haven't done any weight training with any seriousness in several years. I mostly play occasional tennis right now, but I'm planning to get back to a structured work out program. I've read the forums on here over the past couple of years, but I don't think I've ever posted. Time to get serious! Well, not too serious...

Welcome, Alicia!

 

You can start being serious by starting a training log. It helps you to motivate yourself, since you can easily see how you've been training earlier.

 

It has helped me a lot, hopefully you'll find it useful!
