  1. on veganessentials.com they have some.. i'm going to buy, but i'm waiting for something else..
  2. Dogs are scavenging omnivores when food isn't available. So they can live without a big change in lifespan on nearly everything. I've got family in the Philippines that have had pet dogs live purely on white rice with leftover soup, chicken bones/innards, and fish bones for over 15 years. This is also without any vet care. Dogs are resilient even in terms of what is healthy...just like people. Not everyone who eats meat everyday will die of heart disease and many meat eaters are still healthier than a lot of healthy vegans with a not so optimal diet. As for dogs being domesticated its too late...the best we can do is neuter/spay all of them and treat the ones left with utmost respect until they die of old age. As for foods, vegan dog foods are already made to meet dogs dietary needs as close as possible to what is optimal...not much different than the high end non-vegan foods...assuming what we believe they need is correct. yep, i hope we can do that.... cuz there's a lot of people out there ( like always ) fighting against that..
  3. ok, now we have a point.. let's make the revolution..
  4. real vegans? pff... well, i wouldn't eat anything from mcdonalds even if it was vegan... because mcdonalds only knows how to produce garbage.. but having a vegan option helps a lot those trying to end the ''meat-addiction''.... it's a start. i agree with you to the point that we all should be eating healthy stuff in which would bring more people into veganism, but the majority of people like unhealthy stuff, so, if we're planning to make people go vegan, the easiest way is through a similar diet ( full of sodium and processeds, and toxins, etc.. ). don't you think? and then, we try to persuade them into a healthier vegan diet.. ( whole-foods > etc.. ) like you said, there are ''levels'' of veganism.. not everyone can start from the middle..
  5. So many polls don't really use proper sampling methods though. And what's the point of them? It gives us the illusion that we have some power and influence in this world. Illusion? no.. We do have 'some' power...
  6. i don't think they should've been domesticated in the first place.. almost anything is better than the garbage people give to dogs.. people say it's wrong to give only veggies to dogs, but it's probably healthier than the stuff the average dog usually eats.. of course they're going to lack some vitamins and minerals.. and because of that, i think we should mix whole-foods ( veggies and some fruits ) + vegan ''dog'' food.. ( because of all the vitamins and minerals they add to it.. ) that'll do.. in my opinion.. dog is happy and less unhealthy ( comparing to the average dog ) ---- i like pets, but they're like retarded kids that make sex, bite you, and never grow up.. if wish there was a easier way to neuterize ( sp? ) all the pets out there..
  7. who knows, everybody start buying vegan from mcdonalds.. sooner or later they add another vegan friendly option.. vegans will have more places to kill themselves without killing animals, and be able to socialize more.. if we really want to persuade people into veganism, we cannot act like a bunch of outcasts..( not in public.. lol )
  8. i agree, that'd be fair, at least we would be paying a ''realistic'' cost.. ( you get the idea.. ).. that'd totally save the health of millions of people.. and even the environment...
  9. the bk-burgers are not vegan.. they contain both eggs and dairy.. the only one that i know that sells vegan burger is Johnny Rockets.. they have a vegan option called ''streamliner''.. w/ the soy burger from boca. and some other stuff.. it's obviously not the healthiest thing in town.. but it's a good place for a lazy teenager to go with his girlfriend.. and if you're buying something from mcdonalds, of course you're going to give them more money for more cruelty to animals, just like if you go to walmart or publix and buy stuff from them, their goal is not to kill animals, but to make profit, the point is, that they're not going to use their meat if you buy soy, therefore, they're going to need more soy, and less meat, and that's going to be available for everybody..
  10. it was like that in africa too. stuff is way more natural. junk is expensive. its the way it should be, it makes the most sense. yep.. the funny thing is that i became interested in 'natural' food and veganism here in the usa... in brazil i was trying to follow the junkfood diet.. lol the 'vegan' movement still really small in brazil.. vegetarians and alike are treated like aliens there..lol when did you go to africa? i've been there once..with my parents who wanted to visit, but i was really young to remember, it was in Lagos/Nigeria.. the only thing i remember is that we were in a beach.. where they had wooden houses, and chairs.. and stuff like that.. i wanna go there again someday..
  11. look.. if you buy ''vegan'' burgers from mcdonald or any other fast-food place, it's obvious that you're going to help mcdonalds, and at the same time you're telling mcdonalds what to produce.. and because mcdonald is so ''mainstream'', a lot of people out there will get to know more vegan stuff.. and perhaps even be more open-minded about it.. in which is a good thing. it's a way to make vegan... friendly.
  12. I'm in a raw magazine called Living Nutrition, and I'm supposed to be in a magazine called Onfitness or something like that in July and I'm in a cable tv fitness show showing sometime this year. But those pics were just for me. don't forget to get to get a copy of the show for us on youtube or something like that... i wanna watch it... what's the channel?
  13. oh... i thought you were trying to sell the product... lol i'm sorry.. red n40 comes from some animal..( i think it's a insect.. ).. why are you taking that supplement?
