Oh man I forgot about that countdown. Its taking us forever... I feel like Robert has done it on his own already and just hasnt been posting. He has like a several year long record I think of consecutive days doing over 100 pushups and 100 crunches each day.
Okay new question im faced with, ill post it elsewhere too, but, when buying a new bed in nyc, for a small room... I have to choose between nice bed that is great for the back, which gives good sleep and keeps my back healthy or having room to workout in my room and getting a futon. Their is an option of gel memory foam futon that I am going to look into. What do you guys think?

I mean even on 100% plant based protein its still hard work on your body consuming that much. Maybe ease into it, stress can lead to set backs.

haha, nothing a little googling wont cure. This is very much an international forum, translating weight training exercises isnt always black and white.
-
Looks solid. Its not always that easy, it has to do with your goals and your body but looks like youre on the right track.

Oh thats good actually, ours can't save data.

Do you do reverse crunches on a machine or how?
-
Is this a new work out plan or have you been doing this for some time now?
-
Its a whole different world training for performance verses bodybuilding/size huh?

Do you climb at a rock gym? Bouldering?

Which fruits and veggies are you eating or are you just eating a variety?

Turmeric reduces inflammation might be worth adding to some of your meals.

Thanks Esquinchi! Good stuff. Im back in NYC and didnt get to do any Colorado riding, the conditions werent good yet out there. Looking forward to some east coast snow to drop in the next few weeks though!
Had a tough workout last night and trained back with an old friend at my old stompin grounds Richie's gym in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
I've been doing pushups and planks in between sets. Good idea or bad idea?

Thanks for your hard work on the upkeep and happy holidays!

What type of shoot? Are you trying to get thinner or are you trying to get thicker?
-
Right on Jason. Making some progress? Have you checked out Robert's new book Shred It! Yet? What do you think?
-
Yeah, I agree, who needs a scale. Are you making progress with the amount of weight you are lifting? I'd say that is an more important measurement right?
-
Just curious, what is the goal, or rather, what are the benefits or advantages of these two diets?
-
Hey Lucas, welcome to the group here. You might check out Robert Cheeke (the guy that created this website)'s newest book. Its called Shred it! It has a bunch of exercise plans and recipes as well as a ton of other helpful info and features quality stuff from a dozen other vegan athletes as well.
There are links to the store where you can find that book at others on the main/home page of the website here.

Who are these people? Definitely not scientists...
-
Yeah its going to be an awesome journey, you'll do great.

Is chest and back a method that you have read or been taught was a good combo to do or do you just prefer to do them together? I'm just curious, I like doing shoulders and back together but have no science to back it up.

I took a class once on fitness for snowboarding. We learned some adaptations of squats, crawls, planks, etc. Does anyone recommend any other legs, core or back exorcises to help prepare you for snowboarding season?
Shoulders and back day today at the gym. I'll miss working out in Colorado and my workout buddy Robert Cheeke when I head back to NYC in a few days.
