New food love is quinoa in burritos in place of rice.
Getting my burpies on as well as a core day with crawls and planks.

I would advice keeping a journal and asking individuals specific questions and using the search button to search for key words for topics you are interested in getting more info about.
I would also add a lot more whole foods fruits and veggies to your diet. Something fermented like sauekraut or kimchee will help you digest and use the nutrient from beans and lentils more efficiently as well as cut down on gas.

Cool, friends of friends are the best. Sounds good, definitely start a training journal or before and after thread with us. You became vegan around age 10? Parents influence?

Hi Rob, welcome to the community. You have lived without a refrigerator, kitchen, or place to cook for 20+ years! Wow. Why?

-
I think you should have more whole foods in your diet.

I recommend Robert Cheeke's book for training and Brendan Braziers' books for diet. Also just do some research. Go through this forum, use the search button, check out people's training logs, ask specific questions on other people's threads.

I suggest Robert Cheeke's book, Brendan Brazier's books, and looking at the training journals and recipes sections of this forum.

Definitely not. Are you doing body weight or with weights?

Ive heard this a 100 times. Try the search button in the upper right hand corner to see what has been discussed regarding that topic in the past. Also on our FB page try doing the same thing with the search button on their. Good luck.

For many of us keeping a log helps us hold ourselves accountable, some use it for training, some for meal planning, and some for both. Just an idea.

Hi and welcome. There are vegan BCAA's as well. Maybe something to look into.

It seems to be used by vegans often. No info on the packaging? Email the company perhaps?

High fiber blocks zinc absorption? Source/link? Are you taking a zinc supplement? What info have you found on foods that help increase zinc absorption?
-
Are you against taking meal replacement or protein shakes?

Welcome Nick. I would go with no impact like swimming and water weights and tension bands and yoga and body weight etc type of exercises. I wouldn't take indefinitely for an answer either. Maybe you just need a very long and careful recovery.

Hey Jay, you came to the right place for those things. Welcome to the community!

Hi Mike, and welcome! Sounds like you know what you need to work on its just discipline. You're ahead of the game, most people don't even recognize or acknowledge their weaknesses.
