cubby2112 Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 Okay, after much trial and error I managed to get some pictures with the timer on my camera. I also finally learned how to do a lat spread. I never seemed to understand the concept of letting your shoulders roll forward instead of trying to throw them back, but it suddenly dawned on me when I was taking these that that is what I have seen people do in lat spread photos.
