I just mean I have a little annoying fat here and there, like lower back, belly button area etc that I'd like gone..even though I know you can't spot reduce it. Hmm 220 lb .. I have 44 to gain! Don't you just love when the pecs lift up and you all of a sudden have a broad upper body!? Your arms, your entire body leaner than it was, core is tight and solid. Before then the last time I had seen her was December 2007. When I was with her in May she said "wow you have pecs now!" haha..
