It's a shame that when people get defensive (because they know it's wrong to eat animals and their bodily fluids) they don't sit down and think about why they are defensive, but attack the person who is making them feel defensive (does that make sense ?) I *think* that since you are supposed to blend in a blender (step 1), it should be fresh (unfrozen) and that he didn't press the tofu until it was blended (step 3). Hope this helps.

(However, I recommend seeing your doctor as it may just be thrush and if it is, your dr. can give you antibiotics for it.)

I just found this recipe for Tofurkey. It was created by the chef because of comments that other Tofurkey recipes were untraditional tasting and didn't go with the other trimmings. This guy says that this Tofurkey fits in perfectly with traditional stuffing, and tastes like how holiday turkey should taste (not like soy sauce!) -- plus it sounds like it's going to taste really good !
