I enjoyed the earlier seasons more too, However I think as things really unravel we will see how brilliant the later stuff is too. At least I am hoping. It is also easier to watch it on DVD because then you can see it more as a series. The way they jump around each week and don't connect the story together as quickly can be a bit more of a challenge to remember what is happening. At least for me anyway. As far as Jacob I am just wondering how he is going to fit into the whole time travel thing. What doesn't Richard ever age? How come "the others" can leave and return to the island as desired but the oceanic six had to return on a plane and recreate similar conditions to the previous crash. I ask too many questions I should just watch the show. yeah I'm addicted.

Haven't been back to the gym yeah. But I think tomorrow is the day. I am still sick but doing much better than I have been. I just don't want to take anymore time off. I hate it. At this point If i am still sick on monday I will call the Dr. again. Was supposed to do a road race on sunday but I am not thinking that is a great idea just yet.

I don't track how many carbs I eat so I have no idea but I can try to track it for you for a few days and let you know. I don't follow a very regimented diet. I eat different meals all the time as I love to cook and crave different tastes all the time. I am thinking about posting my food in my training log but haven't done it yet. maybe soon. But if i had to say a guess a day would be meal 1 - VEGA WFO - Mixed with Hemp Milk and Coconut Water - Depending on if I had an AM workout I may mix in a banana and some berries meal 2 usually a Larabar, Suncake, Energy Bar I make from the Thrive Diet Book, meal 3 - Tempeh & Veggies or leftovers from dinner usually veggies with some protein source, Quinoa, tofu, beans, lentils varies daily meal 4 - usually a larabar, suncake, energy bar, VEGA Smoothie infusion with fruit, Granola, meal 5 - veggie and a protein source varies daily Hope that was helpful?

nice. More importantly who's Jacob and what is going on with him? I agree the recap show was boring but looking forward to this weeks episode to hear what faraday has to say about island life.

Welcome. you will be home at here because I think pretty much everyone on here cares about life. You will learn a lot here. -
I'd like some recipes if you can send them through, would be nice to try. That chocolate coconut butter is awesome, which brand did you find? Ill PM u the recipes. The chocolate coconut butter is Living Earth as you described from your homeland. Not sure how long it will take to get to me but I am SOOOO making the protein fudge as soon as I get it. That is going to be such a treat I can tell already. The black quinoa I ordered from a place here in the states. I am curious to try that too as I think there is a big difference between the red and white so I assume the black will be different too.

Small World. Did you go to college here? If you ever want to meet up when you in Wilkes-Barre let me know and hopefully we can arrange something. I go to Spring Lake in the summer which is pretty close to Belmar I believe. Nice quiet beach area compared to southern NJ beaches which I also go too.

Yeah YERBA MATE Baby! Your right it is a different kind of energy. Less Jarring more constant I think. If you would like I can send you some recipes I use it in instead of having to drink it all the time. I found some choc. coconut butter and black quinoa online. I just need to place the order.

Wow! Thanks everyone for the love. Feels good. I went back to work today. Trying to eat normally today but the appetite isn't really there but I am doing my best to just eat anyway. I can't wait to taste or smell food again! I will decide later if I am going to attempt the gym tonight. What kinda scares me is my legs feel weak. Hamstrings especially, calves, maybe even lower back. Not sure why I certainly have not been using them for awhile. I've never experienced this before so it is scary weird.

Welcome. Where in NJ are you going to be? I travel through there a lot on my way from NYC to PA.

I agree with you. Let's hope anyway.

This season hasn't been as good as some of the past seasons but I am still really into it.

I hear ya about not wanting to use flour. I normally put in garbanzo bean flour as most recipes I've seen only call for a small amount when you divide it among the burgers your getting from the recipe. I find it at my grocery store but I a sure health food stores have it also.
