  1. okay so i got avocados tonight. my body wanted some. i know theyre good for you. i ate half of one and couldnt stomach the rest of it. i dont like the consistency. it grosses me out and it reminds me of egg. anyway, can i eat fruitarian and be alright if i never ever eat avocados?

  3. today i worked ridiculous crazy labor at a new job as a jackhammer operator/construction laborer. i got home and had no energy and was craving carbs and protein. so i cooked myself some pasta and sauce figuring complex carbs would be good for me. and after eating some, i feel sick, i cant eat another bite, but im starving. meh, this might be the push to go raw entirely and then eventually fruitarian. the thing is i want to be healthy, strong, and muscular. and i dont want to lost the very little muscle mass i have right now. im just whining and complaining. when i move to philly, its gonna be almost 100% raw diet (only thing non-raw will be supplementation with VEGA). eventually im hoping to be fruitarian w/ VEGA. and then one day. just fruit. anyway, what can i do to curb my cooked food cravings?

  5. I was going to say that, but I don't get big chunks of money as I go in the REAL version of the game. Maybe if they made a "middle- to lower-class" version of the game...lol i cant even afford the boardgame lol

  10. okay I talked to my friends, and it looks like I will be staying in Philly "permanently" cause they need a 3rd roommate. plus i really miss hardcore shows there.
  11. will fructose rot my teeth? like if i eat a lot of fruits will my teeth fall out? i know that sounds a bit ignorant to phrase it like that....but i really am clueless
  12. my gf and I sold our microwave today. I think not having one around will help us to ween ourselves off cooked food. although tonight, we went out and ate thai curry cause I we were craving it. but eventually i think i will kick my addiction to thai curry. it'll be tough though. lol

  16. The next challenge will be here in the summer.... come summer time i want to be 100% raw. but man oh man how i will miss those thai curries Is that a goal of yours? Have you decided how your gonna get to that point? Ha,ha I can't tell you how much stuff I didn't wanna let go in the beginning!!! It took me the longest to let go of rice dishes, I even got so bad that I wanted stuff like cheese that I used to eat way back in the day! For me a lot of it was emotional habit and addiction but it took me a while to figure that out. It really hits home when you go raw and you actually see the difference in your health and you realise that all you really missed about cooked foods was the manufactured taste. Keep on keeping on man! the goal of mine is to be fruitarian and id like to be as soon as possible. but i dont know how to detox or cleanse. and i dont know what kind of fruits i "have" to eat to have a balanced diet. i want to gain strength and be able to build muscle mass. i want to eliminate my eco-footprint. i want to have clean skin, and healthy organs and whatnot. i have no idea what i should be eating to be healthy. i was thinking about just giving in to whatever fruit my body craves at the time. any advice dude?
  17. man i really want to go fruitarian. and just skip being raw. i seem to crave fruits more than anything. and i really cant bring myself to eat raw nuts. I feel like crap after i eat nuts. i just want to eat watermelon, and oranges and tomatoes, and bananas and other fruits like all day. it seems a rough journey though. i want to be able to build strength and muscle mass. i dont want to be really skinny and have any more aches and problems. i just want to be healthy and in good shape. bigwii where are some links i can go to to research? the only thing im gonna miss now is thai curry. but i think maybe in time i can get over it. i enjoy curry with cooked coconut in the curry, but i cant stand raw coconuts or coconut juice. anyway im just rambling. i think i want to just be fruitarian and perhaps just eat vega. or bigwii, should i skip the supplement all together? i really enjoy vega though

  19. ahh yes, i have tried the think organic. i love the coconut apricot ones and the coconut chocolate ones. id eventually like to not eat any bars. theyre too sweet and hurt my teeth. and plus they have wrappers which creates garbage/waste. i would like to be fruitarian.
