  1. raw cold milled hemp protein. i like to make shakes using a blender. i use mixed berries, bananas, water, and hemp protein. i also like to eat a lot of nuts and seeds. sunflower seeds are so cheap right now, i eat them like crazy.
  2. raw maple syrup was good back in the day. especially in vermont (which is the only place to get REAL maple syrup) but yeh i dont touch maple syrup anymore. no need for it.
  3. speaking of blenders... i started supplementing with raw hemp powder. i blend cold milled raw hemp power with berries and bannanas. i use water in the blender. i was wondering instead of pouring in water, if there was a raw substitute. ?? i used to use soymilk in shakes, but soymilk isnt raw. is there something like coconut oil i could use or flax or something that wouldnt taste bad is raw and could be giving me calories?

  5. i still think its funny. but i tried walking as fast as i could today a couple blocks and it nearly killed me. lactic acid in my calves and quads like crazy. walking is mad hard. no lie.
  6. thanks man. well i have lost a lot of flexibility, stamina, and balance. and my muscles have shrank severely. my grip (forearms) and hamstrings are really strong, but the rest of me is lacking. but im sure if i eat right and lift right that i will explode back in no time. i just like feeling healthy. i dont real care about what i look like anymore. i used to want to be real big. now i just want to be healthy no matter what size i am.
  7. my gf uses same stuff. her tattoos are bright and vivid and she is covered em. entire chest, both feet, right arm (sleeve), behind ears, wrist. i recommend washing it, dont pick at it, use that hempster stick, avoid sunburn, and then use unscented lotion to keep it misturized while it heals. and also eat correctly and get plenty of sleep and water.

  10. 175-180 I think. the heaviest ive been. im probably a lot less now over the past couple of weeks. That's not bad at all, didn't you drop to like 140 after not going to the gym? yeh and i still look skinny as hell, but my hamstrings/glutes/calves are pretty big from working, so that added on the weight, so i went from 140 right up to like 175 in no time. but my upper body, other than my arms are lacking. i have like no trap muscles. lol

  13. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v291/kristopher570/veganbodybuilding/armm.jpg new pic. raw muscle. ive been eating 100% raw some days, and about 75% raw other days for about 2 months now. i know my arm doesnt look that big in this pic, but if i could somehow get someone to take the pic with me doing another pose, it could show. a couple months ago my arms were the biggest theyve ever been. they shrank a lot now especially in the tricep. but anyway i thought id post a new pic just to show im still alive. lol oh yeh also, im not working out. i just work a job and thats it.
  14. so i have a car i no longer want. i have a co-worker that is 22 and has a little kid that needs a car badly but he doesnt have any money to get a car. so i was talking to him and offered him my car cause he can handle the $214 payments a month. he has a co-signer. is it possible to transfer my loan over to him in his name so he can start making payments? its for about $6,500 i go thru chase bank. can I transfer my loan over to him, so he has the car and makes the payments, and i have no car and no debt in my name? please help. i need to do this within a month and half.

  20. If you're not into mono eating, technically tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers count as fruit, cutting one of those up (and an avocado) and mixing them together makes a great salad. I say this because you said your body was craving them. dude i eat tomatoes by the bulk. i grew up growing my own outside in my garden. i eat them like crazy. i love raw peppers and cucumbers too. sweet. this is rad.

  22. well ive been fasting like crazy, and eating very minimal and found out the days that i eat nothing but fruit, i feel healthy, strong. ive actually been eating pretty much fruitarian some days already, with the exceptions of some soydogs or the ocassional soymilk or cooked meal sometimes during the week. my body is craving fruits. ive been eating raw/fruitarian since october 2006 on and off. and trying to ween my body off cooked foods. but i havent done any cleansings. i figured i grew up never caring what i ate. then when i went vegan, i ate anything i could to bulk me up, even if there were transfats, potatoes, etc. i didnt care as long as it tasted good. so now im just gonna eat what tastes good to me. and thats fruit and nuts. cause i never cared before and i became strong and healthy. now im finally caring what i eat but at the same time, i know my body will work itself out. no cleansing for me. and im the kind of person that usually jumps into things blind and sees em all the way thru. i mean i tried going vegan and two months later gained 40 lbs of muscle, and everyone was asking me what i did and tons of ppl were asking me for advice. when all i did was ride my bicycle everyday to the gym and back, and ate whatever my body craved. and i just lifted heavy. i was no expert. well im skinny now and lost a lot of my cooked food muscle, and i am rebuilding my muscle pretty much raw. im prepare to lose more weight/muscle and start all over. i mean last night i turned down vegan pizza. and i really dont crave thai curry as much anymore.... im not giving in to my cravings. i'll last. especially if i can eat nuts
  23. tonight I am having 100% fruitarian dinner. wohoo I bought: watermelon, avocado (which i dont enjoy), apple, bananas, strawberries, blackberries, etc. i decided im just gonna go straight fruitarian once all my raw protein bars and couple packs of soydogs run out. i am working crazy hours and rediculous labor, but bring it on. im ready. im sure my body will figure something out, detox, and adapt and i will survive. fruitarians can eat nuts right? cause theyre part of the fruit category? i know bigwii you dont consume any. but i really want to eat some to get my vitamin E, protein, calories, etc. i know when you went fruitarian you didnt pay attention to nutritional content. nuts make me feel sick sometimes. but other times my body really craves them. so once my food supply of raw bars and soydogs runs out (any day now) im gonna eat all fruit and nuts and possibly VEGA (if i can afford it). no more cooking of food no matter how bad i want it. i just have to give it up. i think this is a big transition to pretty much go straight into fruitarianism. i will only consume: fruits, water, nuts, vega and eventually one day work my way to just fruits. so pretty soon i will be fruitarian (if i can call myself that) who consumes vega. if that makes any sense
