so my skin has gotten really oily and ive broken out intensely. but now my skin is clearing up and starting to look way better. i guess my body was getting out toxins first?

yeh its in socal. yeh that would be kinda expensive. i hate cars, but im glad i still have mine right now so can go to this.. i would totally give you a ride if you lived closer and i had more time on my hands. i have to drive straight to utah after the show to go to work.

awesome. i dont know any german. when i was younger i knew a little bit from exploratory language class in gradeschool. but in highschool i took spanish for 3 years. so me speaking, reading, or writing german is non-existant. im sure i can pick up a few key words. but thats why im gonna eat raw too. so i can just buy fruit and whatnot, so im sure its vegan...since i dont speak german to ask if theres any nonveg ingredients in it. ya know?

how do i see a list of everything you have to offer? i might be interested in purchasing something.

i used to do aggressive inline....rails, ledges, ramps, pipes, flips, grinds, spins, etc. i was pretty good at it. my cousin was amazing at it and his friends are pro sponsored athletes, and one of em even won the x-games once back in the day

Our guitarist Allan decided to leave the band for his own reasons. (He's still vegan, still straight edge, still down for the struggle.) Gather has been a sort of family, more than just some kids playing music together, and so it is impossible to simply replace a member; without any one of us, it's simply not Gather. We are going to play a last show or two with some of our best friends in Seven Generations, Socialized Crucifixion, and Risen, most likely during the second half of May. We want to have a Southern AND a Northern California date. Seven Gen. and Soc. Crux. are both important parts of the California radical vegan straight edge community. Risen is one of the few vegan straight edge bands holding it down in the Midwest. They've all been huge inspirations for us and really made us feel supported over the years. I want to thank everyone who has supported us over the last three years or so. To anyone who has written to us, anyone who has told us that we've helped them go vegan or become active for animal/earth/humyn liberation, anyone who has asked us questions and debated with us, helped us or challenged us: thank you so much. I've learned a lot and have been inspired by every one of you. Also thanks to all the bands we've played with, everyone who helped us get a show, gave us a place to stay and food to eat. This punk/hardcore community would be nothing without you. This is all pretty sudden for me; I imagined Gather would be playing shows and making music until I blew out my vocal chords (which I guess I almost have), and I'm sad that this isn't so. But either way, we all still believe in everything Gather stood for so we'll spread our message of Total Liberation through other means. Take a whole coconut, chop the top, pour it in your blender, scoop out some meat, drop it in your blender, add a scoop of raw cacao. You will not want chocolate soymilk anymore, and it is extremely good for muscle endurance! omg that amazing. i like chocolate soymilk cause out of all the soymilks it has the most calories, potassium, and protein. do coconuts have protein? i know theyre good in healthy fats. either way im totally gonna do this from now on when im home. amazing. thank you so much! i have a young coconut sitting on the counter waiting to be demolished by my tastebuds.

i lived in flagstaff, and lake havasu city, az for about 9 months last year. and travelled and explored all over Arizona. make sure to check out havasupai falls. that place is amazing. my girlfriend is moving back to AZ in june. she will be living in Phoenix.

right on man. sounds good. yeh once i have a band, we'll play shows with whoever's not a dick too. lol. they dont have to be vegan or edge.

i know this isnt a big deal and this strength isnt really that functional, but on the pec deck machine for chest (fly machine), I did 305 lbs easily with good form for a bunch of sets. id go heavier if i could add more weight, but i already added 10 lbs to it since machine only goes to 295lbs.

sure if you want. im not a big guy by any means at all anymore. im a skinny little stick lol. but ive got some serious strength

ingrown hair? i have a bellybutton phobia. i have had so many damn hernias that i am afraid to even go near my bellybutton. i still have a hernia there right now. i had a mesh screen put in my stomach muscles to help prevent future hernias.
