  7. haha okay. jonathan did have a really busted hand! we had gone to the hospital for it and everything. so both busted athletes with 6 packs won! eek! in my defence you weight a good 90lbs or so more than me which makes it a lot easier for you to hold your own! I felt like a stick trying to do all this. haha. but yes, my friend, next year. be ready!

  10. I am the nap king. literally ask anyone , I am doing 1 of 3 things: 1. sleeping 2. eating 3. lifting I can nap anywhere, a busy railway, a hallway floor, a van, a tree, you name it.
  11. yes I did! Jonathan (6ft 7and1/2) and I tied for first place. the friendly amateur competition was among a bunch of us veganfitness members. we had a men's division and a woman's division. we all competed in the same comps. we had: sandbag cleans/press sandbag toss car push (timed. I managed 26.5 sec) roller-grip static holds (44.5 secs) the sanbags were very heavy. one was like 160lbs! or something. I averaged out decent in all of the events, and somehow managed out on top. I wasnt gonna even compete cause of a bum ankle and my pinched nerve, I didnt wanna screw anything up. I was so surprised when Joni announced Jonathan and I for first place. on another note: I was one of the shortest ppls there. I am 1/4" shy of 6ft. everyone there was at least 6ft4" or 6ft5", and weighed a heck lot more than me. they were all big powerlifters!! Tarz and I were the only bodybuilders.

  13. some girls have told me some pretty bad stories about waxing. haha. i dont have money to pay someone to do it. and theres no way i can wax myself.
  14. I need to boost my legs up big time, especially my calves. but nothing seems to be working. are calves high rep or low rep muscles? also anyone have any tips on getting monster calves? thanks. my lower body is lightyears behind my upperbody.
  15. okay so im getting pretty sick of eating 2 packages of soyhotdogs everyday. anyone have any alternatives?
  16. same here. I dont use shaving cream or soap or anything. I use just the razor. but I still break out and it sucks. i look good for the first day or two and then bam! bumpies!

  18. I met someone who was 100% raw and he was very strong and in great shape. I am looking to start incorporating more healthy foods into my diet. and the whole raw thing fascinates me.

I am interested in learning about raw veganism. any websites? anyone know the do's and dont's? anyway here eat raw? can I still buy protein powders and make shakes? can I buy soy products and eat them cold? (ex: soy hotdogs) where can I get 200-300g protein daily? wouldnt one consume an excessive amount of sugar by eat lots of fruits? what about wholegrains, and things like that? how do I do that? can I eat breads, bagels, pastas? etc. someone please inform me and help me out. thanks
  20. hehe nah i didnt mean anything by it. I just know when i turned 20 I didnt have a clue as to what I wanted to do, and most kids were half way done with college already. it took me til right now to figure out a general idea. heh
  21. happy bday! 20's aint so bad. im gonna be 22 this yr. its cool to get older but at the same time you look back and wonder what you have accomplished. dont let life pass you by. set some goals and work hard towards them.
  22. HERO: Jet Li such a beautiful movie. I watched it on a laptop while I was over in England. and it makes me want to take up martial arts for the aethstetic sake of it.
