  1. I just learned to sparr a lil. ive never thrown a fist in my life in a fight.
  2. im at 20 right now. i never tried to do a lot cause i focus on going slow and getting great form. but I am gonna try to work on doing a lot now. it might take me a while but expect the number to go up in time.

  5. I just started taking isolated soyprotein powder cause it was 50% off. gotta cut costs when ya can. the smartdogs I was eating were soyisolate, so its basically the same thing. but now I can blend in bananas with it too. I'm still staying natural.

  7. its really hard to say. my favorite thing that attracts me to the opposite sex is actually the personality. the way they laugh, smile, carry theirselves, the sincere things they say/do, etc. but if I had to refer to only the physical aspect, I like natural looking woman with no artifical enhancements (tan from a bottle, breast implants, testosterone boosters, hair dye, makeup [a lil bit is alright, but there is no need to hide such beauty], etc.) I think a woman's eyes can be extremely attractice. but I know youre looking for body parts one could work out. I would have to say the body as a whole overall, it is such a beautiful thing. I could not single out a certain favorite body part. the thing about the 6 pack: its not a turn off at all. I think its really cool when woman have one. flat tummies are really cute. I also like flat tummies that arent as defined, (toned but without seeing the lines for the 6pack). I prefer a woman to have a healthy level of fat, rather then being dehydrated and extremely shredded.

  11. I am very honored to wear this tank top. Everytime I put it on I picture Rob wearing it, and I stick out my chest and push back my shoulders and walk with pride. The only thing is, it barely fits now. maybe since I dropped 7 lbs It will fit a lil better. the passing of the clothes is a good idea. I cant wait to give lil Seamus his. okay only a couple hours before I leave. cya!

I need to learn how to pose. I think im gonna rock the VBB tanktop like everyday. its awesome! and i converted some of the VBB t-shirts to sleevless. so im gonna have to ask ppls to take lots of pics of me with my camera. hehe. hopefully no one runs away with it! eek. oh yeh and ive got the visor to wear on sunny days! I cant wait til I am the size of steve reeves. i dont know if you can tell yet or not, but thats who im trying to shape my body after. thanks again ya'll.

  14. Fish have a CNS (central nervous system) similar to humans, so just like us they feel pain (you may not hear them, cause they dont have vocal chords), but they definately feel pain and stress.

  19. my mom lost a lot of weight! and she says its all thanks to me cause I influenced her to eat vegan some nights. I have a HUGE family. my grandparents on my dad's side had 12 kids. the family shore was my mom's family. aside from steven, that is a part of my family I have never met before. that's awesome that you work at a bodybuilders' gym. do they push you harder? whats the diff between a normal gym and a bb'er gym??
  20. "life's a garden...dig it." Ive never heard that quote before. it is seriously awesome. I visited mt hood but unfortunately it was during the two weeks that they were closed for maitenance. so ive never ridden there. some luck ive had. hah. I want to move to Oregon sooooooo damn bad and ride mt hood. its like a dream of mine. pro snowboarding or not, just the atmosphere out there is amazing. I feel alive and at home. I am such a mountain kid. Ive been skiiing since the age of 2 and did that for 10 yrs, then switched over to snowboarding. it was discouragin at first, as i couldnt turn or stop and i got so many concussions. then the next yr i became a snowboard instructor and I kinda listened to the other instructors and learned real quick...and just mimicked them and then taught others. next thing ya know, i was pretty awesome at it. and was one of the best instructors there. I loved teaching lil kids. seriously my heart goes out to them more than anybody. maybe I could teach ya to snowboard at mt hood sometime, if youre interested. in 3hrs I can have you turning heelside, frontside, and stopping no problem. Soccer used to be my favorite sport. I was amazing at that. it was one of the few things I could honestly say I would be professional with, if I stuck with it. but i had a couple surgeries and I cant play anymore. but thats okay. it opened up my time for other things. i love bodybuilding. nothing feels better than affecting ppl positively and making a difference.
  21. btw my two front teeth....half of them are fake. theyve always been chipped and rounded and ever since gradeschool I got picked on for being a "chipmunk". so I finally got them fixed last month. and ive worn braces for a long time. so you can thanks my nice smile to the dentist/orthodonist. I clean up pretty nicely. I look like a completely different person. I will take some pics sometime to show yous all, if interested. I'm more interested in seeing some recent pics of you kollision. cause youre lifting some impressive weight!
  22. thanks man. I really think I look small. to some people I am considered HUGE and RIPPED (I have gained about 30lbs and am strictly an ectomorph, so I can see why) but I dont think I am huge at all. I feel inferior to others in the gym. I may be lifting the same amount of weight or even more, but I feel the only good thing about my body is my abs and definition. I wish I was wider and appeared more stockier. a lot of the ppl I see lifting with me are shorter (im about 6ft tall), so they fill out quicker. I tend to get long lean muscles with great definition. which sucks cause I want to be incredible hulk big! haha. you can see cross trialations (spelling??) in my arms when I lift, that always impresses people. but unless I am working out or flexing...I dont feel good about how my body looks. since bodybuilding is about proportion, what do I need to build up on me?
  23. I been riding 8-9 seasons. I just recently got into handrails. the resorts here are small and shitty and the snow is man-made and icey. I used to do a lot of freestyle and halfpipe. but now Im more into freeriding but since the trails are so short here, it kinda loses its fun, unless riding with someone. I used to dream of becoming a pro snowboarder, but after numerous broken bones and a lack of good conditions/mountains. I've set that aside. anyone else ride??
