  1. today I ate 800grams of lentils with potatoes chopped in, a banana, an apple, the wonderful pizza shown below and later I'll have a huge musli with chocolate soy milk.   2. thanks well, haven't been working too hard I must admit - except the pullups, atm I can do 8 in a row and even 1 one-handed just do them constantly and you'll improve very quickly! good luck
