That's true! I posted the link in three other (all unvegan) boards, and in one of them they all said it was not funny, because it's true!!! I couldn't convince them otherwise... sometimes idiocy like that makes me angry... me too! sometimes i meet people telling me i'll die soon because i don't consume meat... hehe my aunt told me my body will surely collapse after some days when she noticed that i started to live vegan... i didn't meet her since then but i think it would be quite interesting to hear what she has to say about my weight increase and about "not-being-ill-since-gone-vegan" (the most funny thing about this is the fact that she weighs over 200 pounds )

i don't think i could ever eat meat again....even if i would start hating animals or crap like that....it's just too ing, and being vegan is one of the few things in my life i am very proud of...

crunches x 15 barbell bench press 24,5x8x2; 29,5x8x2; 34,5x8x2 barbell bent over row 9,5x8x2 12x8x2 14,5x8x2 squats 22x8x2 27x8x2 8 pull-ups stretching i did every exercise with 2 sets before increasing the weight today, that workout was quite intense. i fear i will suffer from evil muscle-ache tomorrow

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/lelle83/januar06.jpg i recognized that my chest has grown bigger, so did my trizeps and my abs. it`s hard to take a photo of my back, but slowly there are also some muscles showing up, yay! i wonder if it would be okay to add biceps curls to my routine because i think my biceps is still very weak.

thanks for all the info! i plan to get myself a large tattoo when i'm "finished" with changing my body. oh well, that lies far away in the future
