My thumb totally lost it's grip on one of the last reps and I nearly dropped the whole darn thing. This may be unavoidable, Old injury which never fully recovered. No worries though. If it continues to be an issue, I will have to simply choose another exercise. Pretty good day today! I got a lot done at work. And.....I landed another modeling gig, bikini shoot, so I am thrilled My "hobby" seems to have turned into work more and more, but I'm enjoying it. The Good: Landed the modeling job The Bad: Thumb was a bit of a problem today The ugly: My gym equipment is covered in pollen! (and so is my cars, and my deck and my house and my boat and my kayaks.....) Great job on the modeling gig.

I think that we will find out , they give us back story on even the least important characters. remember the two who were buried alive, what were they in like 3 episodes of importance? I cant wait to find out about Ben. It is true that the series has stumbled a bit these last episodes, but look at the statement made by the chick in the parachute. I hope that your left hand feels better (i dont actually know what is wrong with your left hand, I am guessing that you injured it). It would be great to see more progress pics. ofcourse with clothes on . I am going to take a look at your jounal, like to see your sugguestions for workouts. Very inspiring.

28 weeks is coming out in theatres. it is advertised as a continuation of 28 days. Not sure how good it will be. I really liked 28 days, but when folks mine the same idea, it is not always good.

I feel that crocop is going to literally kick the crap out of the next person he fights. He got only one good kick off, he has to be pissed at that. true the kick left a big welt, but only one kick. I loved the part when serra called hughes a "dick" that was soo funny. serra is a very funny person, I am going to love to watch TUF6 I think that gonzaga and couture is going to be a great fight also. Not only that , but did you notice that Rogan moves to the side to get Serra's hand off his shoulder? I think that Rogan thinks that his stint on "news radio" gave him star status. He is an "E" level actor at best. I sometines feel that he thinks he has played a role in getting UFC so main stream, because he may think that his face is so recognizable. He must accept the fact that he is riding on the coat tails of the UFC. I dont think that Randy would have removed Serras hand off his shoulder. Ofcourse Randy is 6'2" so I dont know how far Serra could get around Randys shoulder. Matt Hughes looked real happy that Serra won. Perhaps he thinks that he has a better chance against Serra then GSP. It would be funny if Hughts beat Serra (alright that part isnt so funny ) just to have GSP dispatch Hughes again. Speaking of GSP, as someone here previously said, nothing but class. Now as much as I like Serra, loved him on TUF, I think that GSP had a really bad day. So I dont think that Serra will reign all that Long . I would love to see a match between Serra and Diego. That would be a great submission match.

yeah I agree. I thought I read somewhere that the problem with that was that people were getting hurt on the challenges, and not having a chance to fight at their best or at all. I think also it was said that the winners of the challenges did not end up being the better at the fights (some did some didnt). However I think that different challenges, like when they made them do a horse stance against the wall, would be great. That would check their toughness, both mentally and physically, and would be somewhat more related to the fighting. I mean when george crawled around , I think it was , White? during franklins coaching stint, was very impressive. But in these two examples (cumo for the stance and George for the crawl) they have not fared that well in fights. Although didnt luke cumo make it to the finals of TUF that year? Yes I think that he did. So that would be one and one on that survey? But I dont hear too much about Luke now though. All of that said, I would still welcome some of the same challenges as before, it beats being exposed to the folks with No personality, just to fill 40 minutes. By having the challenges, we at least can chose the personalities and events in the house that are the most entertaining.

yes but now I am seeing fedor on Bodog fights, if he has left pride that really would lessen the sweetness. I read or at least I think I read some where that he is in business with the bodog founder.
