  1. ... Douglas Graham, in which he explains why not only are excessive amounts of protein/fat not necessary; they're actually counterproductive.

So, one man saying protein is counter-productive is enough in your eyes? What about all the real solid scientific evidence that shows the opposite of what graham says?

I think you missed an important part of his statement.

He did not say protein is counter-productive.

He said "excessive amounts of" protein

  2. I think you are worrying too much about it Dr.

Concentrate on adding more raw items to your diet.

In the beginning just eat as much raw food as you can and don't worry about anything.

Learn as you go. I'm learning the green smoothie.

I just made a huge spinach-banana smoothie with a little stevia to sweeten it.

Don't worry about fiber, carbs or protein. You will get enough if you eat enough calories.

You will want to learn about the types of fats that you are eating.

Here is a good video on essential fats

Dr. Fuhrman's book "Eat to Live" would be a good investment.

Are you over your taste for soy sauce yet?

  3. Hi makke, welcome to the forums.

You aren't kidding, I've never seen this many bot posts at one time.

Now I need to go delete all 34 of them.
