This thread reminded me of an old movie

I had weird bumps too when I converted to a whole food diet.
Like big red pimples that wouldn't go away.
Mostly on my chest, stomach and the back of my neck.
They just kept getting worse for a couple months
Then one weekend I got very sick, like food poisoning symptoms.
It lasted 2-3 days. After that the bumps went away.

Not totally raw, just very high.

Zack, I haven't weighed myself in almost a year.
I probably should because people are always asking me.
I don't care how much I weigh, just my waist size
In June I had a 38 inch waist, now I'm wearing 34 inch pants.
That was after being mostly raw and treadmilling in July and August.
I got lazy in Sept and put back on just a little bit of fat.
Now I'm back at it and hopefully I can lose at least 2 more inches by the end of Nov
I do have a before picture when I was huge.
When I reach my goal I'll post a before and after picture.
Thanks for asking, I'll weigh myself soon.

I was too lazy in September so I need to start working again.
I'm still trying to be very high raw. I really miss my watermelons.
Until I slim down, I will concentrate on losing fat more than gaining muscle.
That means more time on the treadmill.
Ripping my favorite concert DVDs to my Creative Zen makes the tread time go quicker.
Time to get on the treadmill
