I watched a guy do shrugs on the standing calf machine.
Seemed odd since there is a shrug machine not far from it

Morning Treadmill: 30 minutes, 3 mph, 10 incline
Food: Soymilk with Vega, carrots, green tea

Took some time off from exercise.
Last week I woke up with a horrible pain in the back of my neck
Couldn't turn my head or look down.
Today I could barely feel it so I squatted.
140 pounds X 25 reps
The last few were a bit tough.
Up til now the 25 reps haven't been very hard.
Now the work seems to be starting.
I'm heading to the gym now for a 30 minute ride on the inclined treadmill
Back to the regular schedule tomorrow.

1000 pound club challenge!
I just threw out an old T shirt that had the 1000 pound club message on it.
I'm still a long way from it, and probably couldn't even do it by the end of the year.
But it will be fun trying.

I know the feeling Offense, I'm experiencing it with both my parents.
Both will do whatever surgery or take whatever drug they are told.
Diet has nothing to do with these "diseases" as far as they are concerned
They want the doctor to "fix" them.
I hope they realize that their doctor can't fix them before it's too late.

Hi, welcome to the forums

I like DOMS, just not the killer DOMS, I've had those twice.
First time was when I just started squatting.
I tried Daywalker's 50 rep squat challenge.
I only used my 45 pound bar, but I went to failure (52 reps) big mistake.
I actually couldn't stand up from the floor, not a good feeling.
Last week I had killer pec DOMS after I benched. I hadn't benched in a long time before that.
They hurt so bad that I couldn't squat because I couldn't raise my hands to the bar.
I'm in the middle of a 20 rep squat routine.
Doing my inclined treadmill walking seems to help my leg DOMS
I make sure to spend 30 minutes after squatting on the treadmill.
Also the next morning do at least another 30 minutes.

I hoped for sore pecs from Sunday's bench workout.
Boy did I get them. The worst Pec DOMS I've ever had.
They hurt all the way from the middle to the armpits.
I had to postpone my squat workouts because I couldn't raise my arms.
Tonight squat was 130 pounds X 25 reps
A little later I spent 40 minutes on the inclined treadmill.

How does this look. Sorry bad webcam.
I look up to keep my back upright and go as deep as I can.
Keep weight on the entire foot, heels don't come up.
A comfortable width stance with toes slightly pointed out.
