Costco had watermelons over the weekend.
They weren't as good as the melons I got last summer.

2 bananas and off to the gym.
Morning treadmill: 45 minutes, 3 mph, 10 incline
During the day:
Bananas, oranges, veggie stir fry, carrot/apple juice
Evening squats: 110 x 25
I did 5 extra squats tonight.
Smoothie: 1/2 liter of water, 2 bananas, 1 scoop vega.
40 minutes on treadmill
-
This morning I spent 60 minutes on the inclined treadmill
-
I got a juicer a couple weeks ago, one that Jack Lalanne promotes.
Carrot and apple juice is good.

3 bananas before morning treadmill: 100 minutes, 3 mph, 10 incline
I had a big cup of coffee to this morning, I gotta give that crap up again.
Snacked on carrots raisins, and bananas all day.
Also some more coffee, I'm done with that stuff now.
3 bananas before evening treadmill: 100 minutes, 3 mph, 10 incline.
Vega, fruit, rice milk smoothie after treadmilling

Hi Again Laura, welcome back to the forums.

Hi Mehrad, welcome to the forums.
-
how did you come up with such a precise number?
I will add 5 pounds every workout.
In 19 workouts I will be at 200 pounds.
I will be squatting every 3rd day.
19 x 3 = 57
-
you'll see 200 pretty soon.
If all goes well, in 57 days.

Hi Christoph, welcome to the forums.

2 bananas then morning treadmill: 45 minutes
Vegetable fried rice, carrots, raisins, and more bananas throughout the day
2 bananas then evening squats: a couple warmup sets, then 105 x 20
This was pretty easy, I'll try more reps and more weight next time.
1/2 liter rice milk, 2 bananas, 1 scoop vega
Lots of bananas today, not enough veggies.
We had yellow bananas for sale here so I bought about 15-20 of them.

Current Goals:
Squatting 225 pounds for 20 reps before VV08
Losing 2 inches in the belly during June
Dec 14, 2007
My road to 200 will be a little different than the others in the forums.
Most are trying to get their bodyweight over 200.
I'm trying to go the other way with my bodyweight, lose fat.
Not long ago I was well over 200 (I was obese)
My 200 pound goal is squats. 1 set of 20 reps.
I'm loosely following the workout from bodybuilding.com
My squat workouts will be every 3 days instead of M, W, F

After a very long break I'm back at it again.
April 26, 2008
I feel like I'm seeing good progress on my squats, so I'll continue to concentrate on that.
I will still be doing my treadmilling in my attempt to slim down.
I will also keep doing my regular lifting except for deadlifting.
After I get tired of squatting so much, I'll add deadlifting back in.
I still want to clean up my diet, so from now on I will be logging my food.
The last time I logged my food I ate much better.
June 2, 2008
Add another goal: Lose 2 inches of belly during the month of June.
I did so well last summer losing fat, about 4 inches in the waist.
Over the winter I put back on an inch.
I'm going to lose 2 inches this month.
I will measure it by my belt holes.

...seeing so many overweight people all the time only makes regular sized people look too skinny.
I've experienced this first hand since I've lost weight.
The first question people ask me is "how much weight have you lost"
I tell them I don't know the weight but I've lost 4 inches and have 4 to go.
They all think I'm crazy for wanting to lose more.
I have way too much fat and people think I'm skinny.

Tofu is a source of high protein, it is a complete protein
http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c2199.html
As Steve said, variety is the key.
It is very difficult to eat a diet that would be protein deficient.
Lose 2 inches during June, as well as 225x20 squatting
