I've made green smoothies with romaine in the past.
Today I tried with 1/2 pound of spinach.
Not a bad smoothie, too much green, not enough fruit.
Adjustments will be made next time.

Jason, I've been incorporating more strength training and it really helps. Muscle consumes more calories than fat so it should probably help with the weight loss. Keep going, I'm looking forward to the pics. Ciao

I really do need to do more strenght training.
I've just been feeling so weak since starting to lose weight.
Mostly in my squatting and benching, I haven't done deadlifting in quite a while.
My goal was to be 32 inch waist by the end of September, didn't make it.
Had a little bump in the road that month, put on a few pounds.
Now I feel back on track to be there by the end of November.
Trying to be very high raw.

I just binged on a pound of spinach with some salad sprouts for lunch.
I used some homemade dressing.
Always have something good for you ready to eat, like fruit.
That way when you get a craving eat an apple or banana or orange...
