  1. Jason, I've been incorporating more strength training and it really helps. Muscle consumes more calories than fat so it should probably help with the weight loss. Keep going, I'm looking forward to the pics. Ciao

    I really do need to do more strenght training.

    I've just been feeling so weak since starting to lose weight.

    Mostly in my squatting and benching, I haven't done deadlifting in quite a while.

     

    My goal was to be 32 inch waist by the end of September, didn't make it.

    Had a little bump in the road that month, put on a few pounds.

    Now I feel back on track to be there by the end of November.

    Trying to be very high raw.
