Sounds like he's getting BIGGER The last time I did 50 reps was with 165 pounds (75 Kg) 50 was enough torture. The only time I've done 100 reps was just the 45 pound bar.

I'm not sure about the rest of the state. Billings got 13-22 inches depending on what part of town. When I opened my car door in a parking lot, the door scraped snow. I'm going to Red Lodge Montana today, the news said they got 4 feet of snow.

If I ever meet one, I'll be suprised. It's finally starting to look nice. It's been about 32 degrees for the last 2 days, so the streets have just been slush. Now it's freezing so the streets are white like everything else. Of course in the morning all that water and slush just below the snow will be ice.

Winter is here in Montana. Woke up this morning: 31 degrees and snowing. Just a couple days ago it was 80 and sunny. We might have 10 inches of snow by Monday says the weatheman.

My goal is to loose all or at least most of my excess bodyfat by July 1st I'm guessing about 50 pounds or 4-5 inches This is how I will do it: Clean diet and lots of treadmill miles. Try to ride the treadmill at least 10 hours per week. There will be a little weight training as well. My Diet: Mostly Veggies and Fruits, some nuts and seeds. Greens Smoothies and Fresh Juice. 4 quarts of fluids per day, either juice or filtered water. My Goal: To wear my Levi 501 jeans that I still have from Hi School.
