  9. Another rant..this one doesn't really affect me or stop me from doing my workouts, but it just annoys the shit out of me. There's a guy in my gym who does partial reps for every single exercise he does and he moans, grunts and screams through every "rep". He'll load 140kg onto the bar for squats and proceed to "squat" with a range of motion of about 1cm (slight exaggeration, but you get the point..). Then it's time for "curls", and again, he'll move the bar about 5cm, grunting and moaning and carrying on the whole time. I'd be so much more impressed if I saw him do a proper squat or something with 1/3 of the weight that he usually puts on the bar.
  10. Thanks Robert. I've been feeling great lately and love increasing my total. I'm hoping to squat 200 kg (440) before my birthday in February. I think my max would be around 170-175 kg (375-385) at the moment and I don't feel like I'm going to slow down any time soon

    Hey, welcome. You can definitely still get the same amount of protein as you're used to and gain muscle as a vegan. There's plenty of good info in the nutrition section on the main website
