  2. I do squat alot, 3 times a week to be precise Me too. I have a light, moderate and heavy day.. although the moderate day is not much lighter than the heavy day..
  3. MIne are exactly the same size and we are about the same height and weight. My legs have always been pretty big too. I remember getting comments even as a kid, but now they just seem huge compared to my upper body. Do you have trouble finding pants that fit properly?

  22. 02/08 Thought more about the deadlift program and I'll stick to what I've been doing until I stall. What I'm doing now is working so why change?
