VelvetVoices
Got rid of my grill when I went vegetarian just cause didn't have any use for it; if it was once used for meat but clean I'd eat from it but wouldn't if we're talking about cooking meat and non-meat at the same time. chrisjs
Why don't you make a poll here instead of making and linking to one on your own board?
tuc
I use the same teeth I have chewed meat with back in the 80's and early 90's and have no problems with it. Why should I refuse to use a grill that has touched meat? Why use the time and energy on something totally irrelevant? I don't see any reason why one should throw something out just because meat has touched it. Unless you are some weird religulous enemy of reason. vegimator
Meat is gross but the ethical damage is done when the meat is bought by the consumer - not when it is eaten - much less when tiny remnants touch my veggie burger way after the fact.
snivelingchild
as long as it's been cleaned and not covered in meat grease. If I'm having veggies at a friend's BBQ, they usually cook them on foil anyway.
Ted Trendy
Why don't you make a poll here instead of making and linking to one on your own board? because i posted this on like 10 (vegan specific) sites, so i can get an answer from 1 place, no biggie. Marcina
I don't care either way Usually I get first dibs on the grill anyways.
lobsteriffic
Our grill has a meat side (for my husband) and a non-meat side (for me). But when I eat at other people's houses I'm okay with just cleaning a part of the grill for me, I don't really care that it has touched meat at some point. vegan_bohemian
i would not use it unless i had cleaned and scrubbed it to within an inch of its life. I wont have a BBQ at mums because she cooks meat on it even though she does clean it. The thought disgusts me
